Should there be the need to return an item, please ensure that it is returned in its original condition, as well as its original packaging. All warranties, instruction manuals and any other document or accessories received with the item originally, must be returned with the item. Sealed items or items in original condition will be refunded for but will exclude delivery cost. Please note:
Should you, the customer not be perfectly satisfied with the product you have purchased, you are welcome to return the purchased item. The item must be returned within 7 working days. If the item is in its original state, we will refund the amount, or alternatively exchange the product within 7 working days after the product has arrived back at Pet Mania. The shipping costs are however excluded and for the customer’s account. Please view our Returns Policy.
Should we be at fault in delivering the incorrect item or order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will make sure the error is corrected and all shipping costs will be for our expense.
Once you have received your products, please check the contents immediately and report any discrepancies. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours after having received the order. Should any item be damaged, we will then replace the product for you and have it delivered with all costs incurred.
Should it be necessary for the purchased item to be assessed by the manufacturer or supplier, we will make sure such assessment is done. Please note that some items are restricted to the supplier's guarantees and warranties, which might result in the item being repaired and therefore cannot be replaced. This also means that there could be a longer waiting period for the item (or order) to be delivered. We will make sure the manufacturer or supplier gives us an expected waiting period.
If the manufacturer or supplier attributes fault to incorrect usage or misuse of a product, we cannot be liable for the costs incurred.
If for whatever reason the order needs to be canceled, we will gladly assist. In the case of payment already having been made, we will advise and return the payment ASAP. Changes to an order changes however, could result in a revised delivery quote and/or revised discount structure.
In cases where the order has already been shipped, the order will have to be returned at the customer’s expense and the return policy then applies. Any changes made prior to both payment and shipping is gladly accommodated. Please note however, that we do reserve the right to a termination penalty on cancellation of large orders.
We stock an array of pet products catering for cats, dogs, small animals and birds. We sincerely hope that you find our online shop exciting as we offer an increasingly wide range of products.
Please note that we don’t stock products for fish and reptiles as of yet but it’s on the cards. if there is anything that you cannot find in store, please send us a request and we’ll do our best to source the product for you. We’ll continue updating the site with new products and information on the products so please check in from time to time. The online shop will also indicate stock levels and availability.
About the delivery rates: Our automatic shop calculator will inform you as to the total cost of shipping per purchase. You are more than welcome to arrange your own courier should you wish to do so. Alternatively, stop by and visit us. Collection is also an option!
